About the Role
We are seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate to join our amazing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves people, excels at multitasking, and is passionate about providing a superior guest experience. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring the salon ambience—from cleanliness and music to temperature—is perfect for every visitor.
In this position, you will manage the flow of the salon by greeting guests, checking them in and out, and handling booking and pre-reservations. Beyond administrative duties, you will leverage your product knowledge to sell salon retail items and upsell additional services. You will also play a key role in managing salon inventory, ensuring our operations run smoothly while maintaining our luxurious atmosphere.
