We are seeking a Part-Time Weekend Front Desk Agent to support our high-end residential properties in the Dallas area. This position is ideal for a polished, service-driven professional who takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality service. As the face of our properties, you will play a key role in shaping first impressions, managing daily operations, and ensuring overall resident satisfaction.
Your day will involve greeting residents and visitors with a professional demeanor, maintaining a polished lobby presence, and responding promptly to requests. You will act as the communication hub by managing phone lines, tracking packages, and coordinating with vendors. Additionally, you will monitor property safety through surveillance systems and conduct routine walks to uphold our cleanliness and presentation standards.
This role requires availability on weekends and holidays to ensure our properties are always staffed and ready to serve.
