This part-time position serves as the face of our luxury property, ensuring that every interaction with residents and visitors reflects our commitment to hospitality. You will be the first point of contact, setting the tone for a welcoming atmosphere while managing the day-to-day operations of the lobby and amenities.
Your day will involve greeting residents and visitors with a pleasant attitude, anticipating needs to exceed expectations, and cultivating cohesive relationships with residents, vendors, and contractors. You will handle a wide array of concierge requests, including local transportation, move-ins, dinner reservations, pet walking, and event planning. Additionally, you will ensure property safety by monitoring surveillance cameras and patrolling the premises, while maintaining strict confidentiality regarding resident information.
