This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming and professional front desk environment while assisting with daily building operations.
The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and courteous, comfortable working in a condominium and residential setting. You will be the face of the community, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone who enters the building.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleMonitor the front desk area and maintain a professional appearance
- check_circleAssist with resident requests and provide general building information
- check_circleLog visitors, vendors, deliveries, and service providers
- check_circleFollow building access procedures and Association policies
- check_circleCommunicate issues or concerns to Management in a timely manner
- check_circleReport maintenance, safety, or operational concerns observed
- check_circleAssist with packages, deliveries, and administrative tasks
- check_circleMaintain daily logs, incident notes, and front desk records
- check_circleSupport Management and building staff with daily operational needs
- check_circleConduct routine property walks of common areas and exterior spaces
Requirements
