About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead within a high-volume, fast-paced airport environment. You will partner with the General Manager to support daily restaurant operations, ensuring that food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently executed. Leadership here is hands-on; you will jump in where needed to create a positive, high-energy environment for both guests and team members.

As a leader, you will inspire and mentor your team to reach their full potential, developing bench strength for all positions within your assigned area. You will drive top-line sales and profitability by analyzing financial data, managing labor costs, and ensuring operational excellence. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the highest safety and health standards, ensuring a comfortable environment our customers can trust as airport travel continues to evolve.
