About the Role
As a Front Desk and Sales Coordinator, you will be the face of our spa and a vital advocate for our clients. This role exists to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty while driving our membership growth. You will balance the warmth of hospitality with the precision of sales, greeting clients, managing appointments, and processing payments while maintaining a tidy spa environment.
In this position, you will not only answer phones and handle administrative tasks like filing and data entry but also actively engage with clients to help them save. You will present our Packages and Membership plans, explaining how they offer the best deals and specials tailored to their needs. Success in this role requires a proactive, independent mindset and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic setting.
