About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk & Facilities Clerk to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This position is the heartbeat of our facility, responsible for managing the guest check-in process, handling cash transactions, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the building.
You will serve as the first point of contact for our members, greeting guests, verifying identification, and ensuring a smooth entry experience. Beyond the front desk, you will play a vital role in facility maintenance by cleaning common areas, locker rooms, and managing laundry needs. This role requires a professional, non-judgmental attitude and a commitment to member privacy, ensuring a welcoming environment for everyone.
Important Context
This role operates within a unique environment that includes access to locker rooms, showers, and other clothing-optional spaces during operating hours. Team members must be fully comfortable working in an environment where nudity is common. We expect all staff to consistently uphold strict standards of professionalism, discretion, and guest-privacy protocols at all times.
