- check_circleProcess payments and reconcile cash, credit card, and direct bill transactions
- check_circleCommunicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- check_circleUphold brand standards and maintain a clean, organized front desk area
- check_circleFollow all safety and security procedures as outlined by hotel policy
- check_circleAnswer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve guest issues promptly
Requirements
