Key Responsibilities
- check_circleGreet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- check_circleManage incoming calls and inquiries, redirecting them as necessary
- check_circleSchedule appointments for patients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- check_circleMaintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information
- check_circleAssist with patient registration and check-in process
- check_circleHandle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- check_circleMaintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Requirements
