About the Role
This role is the heart of our volunteer engagement strategy. You will be responsible for creating and delivering an inspiring experience for every volunteer who joins us. Beyond recruitment and scheduling, your focus will be on stewardship—communicating the tangible impact of their work and encouraging them to become advocates for our mission.
You will oversee the entire lifecycle of the volunteer experience, from the initial orientation session to the execution of major events. This involves fostering strong, lasting relationships with volunteers, matching their unique skills and interests to the right roles, and providing ongoing support and feedback. You will also lead the Volunteer Advisory Committee and Ambassador Programs, ensuring a robust network of community support.

Requirements
