About the Role
This position serves as a vital support pillar for the Project Financial Analyst, ensuring project financials are properly monitored and managed to maximize profitability and cash flow. You will act as the primary internal financial point of contact for assigned sponsors and associated projects, bridging the gap between financial data and operational execution. In this fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, you will manage the accurate loading and reconciliation of project budgets, payment schedules, and revenue schedules within financial management systems. Your work ensures strict compliance with negotiated contract terms and supports critical activities such as WIP/Deferred revenue reconciliations and project close-out procedures.
