This position serves as a vital link in the freight logistics chain, responsible for transporting cargo across the dock area to and from trailers for loading operations. The role ensures that freight is handled efficiently and securely, maintaining the integrity of shipments from the moment they arrive until they are loaded for transit.
The work environment is a fast-paced, deadline-oriented dock setting. Employees must be prepared to work independently or as part of a team, navigating a space that may be exposed to varied weather conditions, exhaust, fumes, dust, and noise. Hours may vary to meet operational needs, with shifts potentially starting as early as 03:00.

Requirements

- verifiedBasic written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in warehousing, freight handling, and/or forklift operations. Experience with hostler/yard mule duties if required. Previous dock/warehouse experience.
