Reporting to the Director of Finance and Controller, this position serves as a strategic financial advisor across TWG's Operations. The role is designed to drive financial planning and analysis that integrates seamlessly with the company's strategic and operating plans. You will be responsible for guiding the organization through complex financial landscapes, from annual operating plans and ongoing forecasts to capital allocation and product costing.
In this capacity, you will partner closely with Operations and Engineering teams to optimize results across pricing, new product development, commercial initiatives, and LEAN manufacturing strategies. You will also lead the capital planning process, developing project portfolios linked to company strategy and ensuring accurate standard costs through deep value stream analysis. Beyond the numbers, you will model TWG leadership values, acting as a catalyst for change and a role model for safety and quality compliance.
