About the Role
The FP&A Analyst serves as a strategic partner to the VP of FP&A and the CFO, driving accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis across designated companies within the agency group. This role is designed to ensure financial visibility and discipline, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform management decision-making.
In this position, you will focus on company-level performance, client and cost analysis, and KPI reporting. You will act as a bridge between financial results and operational drivers, collaborating with accounting, client services, operations, and HR to maintain data integrity. The role offers the opportunity to shape the financial narrative of the business through detailed analysis of revenue, margins, and staffing models, while supporting strategic initiatives such as capital investments and potential M&A evaluations.
