About the Role
We are seeking an entry-level FP&A Analyst to join our growing finance team in Houston. This position is designed for recent graduates, early-career professionals, or individuals transitioning from other functions who wish to build a robust foundation in financial planning, reporting, and analysis within an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) environment.
The FP&A Analyst serves as a vital link between project teams, department heads, and senior finance leaders. You will support critical budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes while gaining exposure to large-scale capital projects and strategic financial decision-making. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical financial skills and business acumen through cross-functional collaboration.
