The Financial Analyst serves as a critical partner to Senior Management, Operations Directors, and program leaders, playing a vital role in safeguarding Gateways' financial health and advancing strategic initiatives. This position goes beyond traditional reporting; it involves developing predictive financial models, analyzing complex financial statements, and coordinating both capital and operating budgets to drive operational efficiency.
In this role, you will act as a key resource for the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, the Capital Management Team, and the Gateways Foundation. Your day-to-day work involves collaborating with Facilities, Supply Chain, and IT to monitor project timelines and funding sources, while providing guidance on revenue cycle performance. You will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate financial analysis and government contract reporting, ensuring that strategic decision-making is supported by advanced data analysis and robust forecasting derived from diverse internal and external sources.
Candidates selected for an interview will be required to pass Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), and Community Care Licensing (CCL) background clearances, as well as TB clearance. A valid California Driver's license and an acceptable driving record are also required for coverage by Gateways insurance carrier.
