Premium Waters is a bottled water company dedicated to providing quality products while serving as a positive partner in the communities we operate. We are a growing organization committed to inclusion, development, and quality in everything we do. Our safe, family-friendly work atmosphere is designed to support your career goals as we serve each other and our customers with a safe, healthy water product.
As a Forklift Operator, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations, responsible for receiving incoming goods, preparing products for shipment, and loading trucks. This role requires moving pallets from palletizers, relocating materials, and ensuring the efficient flow of inventory in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with shipping personnel and shift supervisors to resolve issues and maintain accurate records of lot numbers and pallet tags.
Safety and quality are paramount in our production floor. All personnel are required to follow strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet food safety and quality objectives under the SQF System. This includes wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hairnets, beard nets, earplugs, and safety glasses. The role involves exposure to moving mechanical parts, varying temperatures (extreme cold and heat), and wet or humid conditions, requiring a commitment to working safely amidst these elements.
Premium Waters offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and a robust 401k plan. We also provide a rich paid time off program, education reimbursement, a wellness program, and opportunities for volunteerism, reflecting our commitment to the well-being of our team.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and previous forklift experience. Certification is preferred. The role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including a specific shift pattern of Wednesdays (12am–6am) and Thursdays through Saturdays (6pm–6am). Applicants should demonstrate basic reading, writing, and math skills and the ability to work safely in a demanding physical environment.
