About the Role

NorthAmerican Concessions' Food Service Workers (FSWs) are the face of the Garrett Great Service brand. In this position, you will meet every guest, assist with their selections, and prepare their orders with speed and care. Your mission is to ensure every customer receives the best possible offer while upholding the high standards of Garrett Popcorn Shops®.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy and making people smile. You will be responsible for promoting current offers, handling transactions professionally and kindly, and ensuring the store remains clean, presentable, and fully stocked. From folding and sealing bags to maintaining food quality, every team member plays a vital part in creating a welcoming environment for travelers.

Location & Requirements

This position is located within the airport environment and requires specific security clearances. Candidates must be able to get badged by The Chicago Department of Aviation, which includes a federal background check, and must maintain that badge throughout employment. You must also be able to uphold all CDA and TSA regulations related to safety and security.

Schedule & Availability

Flexibility is essential for this role. You must have open availability to work both morning and afternoon shifts, covering all days of the week, including weekends and holidays. There are no exceptions to this schedule requirement.

Benefits

NorthAmerican Concessions offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees. After passing the 90-day probationary period, you can elect to receive Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, effective the first day of the following month.

Full-time employees accrue 80 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) after one year of service, with the ability to use accrued time after six months. PTO accrual increases at the five and ten-year marks. Additionally, employees receive 40 hours of Paid Sick Time per year, available after the 90-day probationary period.
