In this unique correctional environment, you will direct inmates in the use of Aramark recipes and proper cooking procedures, ensuring timely and efficient meal service. The role requires obtaining accurate daily population counts, managing inventory, and ensuring all kitchen tools and equipment are secured. You will determine work procedures and schedules, ensuring that cooks, inmates, and food service workers adhere to assigned timelines while following HACCP policies and company standards of operation.
