About the Team
AtlantiCare Rehabilitation Hospital, in partnership with Select Medical, is launching a new 60-bed medical rehabilitation hospital in Galloway, New Jersey, with an anticipated opening in August 2026. This facility is dedicated to serving patients in southeastern New Jersey who face complex medical, physical, emotional, and vocational challenges. Our multidisciplinary team is led by a physiatrist and includes rehabilitation nurses, physical, occupational, and speech-language therapists, dietitians, case managers, and support staff. We are committed to providing exceptional and compassionate care to individuals recovering from brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputations, and multiple traumas.
About the Role
As the Food Service Manager, you will coordinate the operations of the Food Service department to promote optimal patient care while delivering exemplary customer service. In this pivotal role, you will plan, organize, direct, and evaluate all phases of the department, ensuring high standards of nutritional care and quality control. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing budgets, overseeing food procurement and preparation, and leading the training of personnel to ensure strict adherence to safety and sanitation procedures. You will also be responsible for scheduling staff and calculating menus that align with specific diet orders and the unique nutritional needs of our patients.

Requirements
