Food Safety & QA Supervisor - 2nd Shift

About the Role

The Food Safety & Quality Assurance Supervisor serves as a pivotal leader within our Food Production Plant, responsible for planning and directing activities that develop, apply, and maintain rigorous quality standards for our industrial processes, materials, and products. This role exists to ensure the highest levels of safety and quality compliance while driving operational efficiency.

In this position, you will manage the inspection, testing, and evaluation frameworks that safeguard our production output. You will oversee the precision and accuracy of our testing equipment, manage the disposition of discrepant materials, and direct teams engaged in measuring product quality. Beyond technical oversight, you will act as a key liaison between departments, coordinating activities with other supervisors and collaborating with internal trainers to develop essential training programs.

You will ensure strict compliance with BRC, HACCP, and GMP policies, as well as FDA and USDA regulations. Additionally, you will maintain excellent hygiene standards within the business unit, adhering to all regulatory, company, and customer requirements regarding hygiene, environmental health, and safety.
