About the Role
The Food Safety & Quality Assurance Supervisor serves as a pivotal leader within our Food Production Plant, tasked with planning and directing activities that develop, apply, and maintain rigorous quality standards for our industrial processes, materials, and products. This role exists to ensure the highest levels of safety and reliability in our food output, bridging the gap between operational execution and regulatory compliance.
In this position, you will manage the inspection, testing, and evaluation frameworks that define our product integrity. You will oversee the precision of production and analytical equipment, manage the disposition of discrepant materials, and direct teams responsible for measuring and tabulating quality data. Beyond technical oversight, the role involves fostering a culture of safety and efficiency, motivating workers to achieve goals, and resolving complex work problems. You will also collaborate with other departments and internal trainers to develop essential training programs, ensuring that hygiene, environmental, and health standards are met across the business unit.
