The Floor Staff team is the heartbeat of our theatres, dedicated to ensuring every guest receives exceptional service. Whether working at the Box Office, managing the Concession Stand, or guiding patrons as an Usher, team members act as the primary representatives of Regal. Your role is to embody our mission statement and policies, creating a welcoming environment that enhances the movie-going experience for millions of visitors.
This position is flexible, classified based on individual theatre needs and employee availability as variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly. You will be expected to maintain regular and consistent attendance, handle emergency situations when called upon, perform general cleaning duties, and adhere to our company dress code.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, the ability to listen effectively, and the capacity to respond clearly and directly to guests. You should be comfortable performing calculations with speed and accuracy, identifying problems, and gathering relevant data to reach conclusions. The role requires the ability to work under pressure and take initiative beyond what is strictly called for.
Candidates must complete the cast certification program as a cast member and box office cashier, or be in progress toward completion. If your duties involve selling or serving alcohol, you are responsible for obtaining any legally required state or local training and certificates, including the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
Physically, the role requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to handle items frequently. You may occasionally need to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch, and lift up to 60 pounds. Good vision, including depth perception and the ability to adjust focus, is essential.
