About the Role
The Flexible Customer Service Associate serves as the primary point of contact for customers, consulting on rental needs while maximizing revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services. This role is designed to ensure every customer receives world-class service and sales support, transforming a simple rental into a memorable experience.
Day-to-day responsibilities extend beyond the counter. Associates are responsible for preparing vehicles for customer pick-up, which includes cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids. The role also involves shuttling customers and requires strong communication skills to overcome objections and drive engagement. It is an active position that combines customer interaction with operational tasks to keep the rental process running smoothly.
