About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, greeting customers and answering the telephone with courtesy. Your day will involve a mix of administrative and interpersonal tasks, including processing loan applications, taking payments, and guiding customers through filling out forms. You will also maintain customer folders, generate mailings, and ensure the office environment remains safe and clean.
You will work under the direct supervision of an Office Manager, reporting to an Area Supervisor and the Vice-President of Operations. This role requires you to follow company policies, respect local laws, and maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients about their loan and payment status.
