About the Role
This position provides clinical services on a flexible, as-needed basis to all residents across Communities of Christian Living Communities. The role is designed to support skilled nursing, assisted living, and all shifts, ensuring a holistic and person-centered model of care.
Flex team members are expected to fill in for a minimum of two 12-hour shifts per month. Employees may sign up for multiple locations, dates, and shifts. The Community Staffing Team communicates closely with team members to align their preferences with CLC's operational needs. This role requires coordinating care and services based on resident needs and individual preferences as determined by ongoing assessment and evaluation.

Requirements
