This position serves as a competent Nurse within a clinical setting, practicing with a high degree of independence. The role is designed for professionals who demonstrate a comprehensive awareness of complex clinical situations and possess the ability to manage long-range goals and plans. You will provide both routine and complex care, developing the capacity to effectively cope with and manage clinical contingencies.
As a key member of the care team, you will make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to other care providers to ensure the clinical situation is managed efficiently. Your practice will be guided by the American Nurses Association (ANA) Scope and Standards, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate care for assigned patients. You will address the increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families, ensuring a holistic approach to healing.

Candidates selected for this role will be expected to obtain all required certifications within the designated time frame in accordance with the CHRISTUS Health License, Certification and Registration Verification Policy. Multiple shifts are available for this full-time position.
