At the Chevy Chase/Bethesda location, we are looking for a high-energy, passion-filled individual with a wellness background who is fitness-minded and has a love for community and our brand.

About the Role

The Sales Representative serves as the vital link between our studio and the community, assisting the Owner/Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into an introductory stretch. This role is also key to retaining current members and ensuring they feel supported in their wellness journey.

You will be comfortable working independently and unsupervised at times, managing the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects. A significant part of your day will involve conducting facility tours to establish relationships and target individual needs and wants. You will also participate in special events, such as health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community or hospital events, to promote the club and its mission as a premier fitness and wellness provider.

While fitness knowledge or a background in the industry is preferred, it is not required; what matters most is your ability to learn our proprietary systems and connect with people. You will be responsible for lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales through calling, texting, and emailing, all while maintaining a clean and tidy studio environment.
