As a Head Cook, you will be the culinary anchor of our production team. You are responsible for preparing and cooking various food items according to strict recipes while acting as a lead to monitor production quality and efficiency. This role is vital for ensuring that every meal served on board meets our high standards of excellence and integrity.
In this position, you will work as part of a collaborative team, supporting leadership in maintaining sanitation standards and managing inventory. You will handle a variety of fresh ingredients, including seafood, beef, pork, poultry, fruits, and vegetables, while ensuring all equipment is assembled and maintained according to airline specifications. Your attention to detail and passion for food will directly impact the satisfaction of our passengers.
