As a Cook, you will prepare and cook various food items according to recipes while acting as a lead to monitor production. You will work within a high-volume institutional catering environment, specifically preparing meals for airline flights. This role involves assembling equipment according to airline specifications, packaging alcoholic beverages, and ensuring production areas remain compliant with strict sanitation standards and customer requirements.
