As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking various food items according to recipes while monitoring production as a lead. You will be part of a team that assembles equipment according to airline specifications, packages and prepares alcoholic beverages for flights, and ensures production areas remain compliant with sanitation standards and customer requirements.
This role is vital for maintaining the quality and efficiency of our hot food leadership. You will document inventory, follow food specifications and menu guidelines, and support the team in delivering excellence. Whether handling seafood, beef, pork, poultry, fruits, or vegetables, you will ensure that every meal meets our high standards.
You will work in a dynamic environment that may involve extreme temperature changes and noise. The role requires handling various food products and kitchen tools, as well as lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving product, equipment, and supplies up to 50 pounds frequently. You will regularly stand, bend, and move intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours. The schedule may vary and could include weekends and holidays, with overtime required when necessary.
