About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative - Fire Service Technician, you will serve as a vital bridge between our field technicians and our customers. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to review service reports, determining the validity and proper scope of proposed deficiency repairs for alarm and sprinkler systems. You will prepare customer-facing proposals for approval and assist in technical training for internal partners.
Your day-to-day involves utilizing your knowledge of fire systems to communicate effectively with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) and resolve complex issues. You will play a key part in maintaining the high standards of service that define our brand, ensuring that our customers' facilities remain safe and compliant.

Requirements

Experience with reading, understanding and creating quotes; NICET and other Fire Certifications; Accurate typing and 10 key pad skills; Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
