As a Service Advisor, you will be the bridge between our customers and our service team. You will answer inbound calls, schedule appointments with precision, and check customers in and out following a consistent process that builds trust. Your day involves asking strategic questions to understand vehicle needs, providing real-time updates during repairs, and recommending appropriate maintenance based on genuine care.
You will work as part of a small 2-3 person advisor team, supporting each other to accomplish shared goals. While we measure performance on metrics like Standard ELR, HRO, and tech proficiency, the metric that drives everything is having happy customers who believe we care. You will utilize computer and tablet systems to document service records and verify customer information accurately.
This role is designed for those with character and hunger rather than just a resume. We do not require prior service advisor or automotive industry experience; we can teach you how to write a Repair Order (RO) and use our systems. What we cannot teach is character. If you have worked in retail, hospitality, or customer service and learned how to care for people, that counts. We are looking for someone who is honest, dependable, and willing to be coached.
This position offers a Weekly Guarantee plus Commission. Top performers who excel at building customer relationships and recommending appropriate services can exceed $70k+ annually. This is real money for someone who cares, works hard, and lasts.
