This position serves as a dining server within an upscale dining atmosphere, dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for our residents and their guests. The role goes beyond basic service; it involves maintaining clean, sanitary, and organized dining areas while acting as a knowledgeable ambassador for our menu and culinary offerings. You will be the face of our dining experience, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for.
Your day will be defined by interaction and service. You will greet residents and guests with courtesy and friendliness, taking and serving food and beverage orders with precision. A key part of your role is to know the menu inside and out, including allergen information and preparation details, allowing you to make thoughtful recommendations and answer questions confidently. You will manage service for 16 or more guests simultaneously, ensuring orders are recalled correctly and quality is maintained throughout the meal. Additionally, you will assist with dining room setup, buffet stocking, and various aspects of food preparation and cleanup to ensure the facility remains pristine.
