About the Role
A-Line Staffing is seeking a Financial Representative 2 – Intermediate to serve as a team lead for a regional monitoring team. This position supports the Office of Long-Term Living (OLTL) by overseeing provider monitoring and waiver program reviews. The role is designed for an on-site professional who will coordinate complex monitoring activities, conduct interviews, and ensure compliance across regional providers.
As a team lead, you will manage the scheduling and execution of on-site monitoring sessions, facilitating pre-conference meetings and guiding team members in gathering background data. You will play a critical role in identifying potential fraud, abuse, or compliance concerns while compiling findings into established reporting formats. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training sessions for both providers and internal team members, ensuring high standards of data collection and program integrity.
Location and Schedule
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Harrisburg, PA (17120), operating on the 1st shift from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The role requires local travel for monitoring activities and is subject to regional monitoring requirements.
