Brenau University seeks a dedicated Dean's Assistant to serve as the primary administrative partner to the Dean of the College of Fine Arts and Humanities. In this capacity, you will also act as the Office Manager for both the Department of Dance and the Department of Theatre. This role is central to the operational success of the college, ensuring that administrative workflows, record-keeping, and communication channels function seamlessly to support faculty, staff, and students.
As the face of the office, you will manage a dynamic environment that balances the needs of multiple departments. Your day will involve coordinating complex schedules, handling sensitive communications, and maintaining accurate records. You will serve as a liaison between the Dean's office and various campus units, including IT, Event Services, and Marketing, to ensure that facilities, technology, and digital presence are up to date. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within the vibrant culture of the arts and humanities at Brenau's Historic Gainesville Campus.
