About the Role
This position is a fixed-term contract supporting one of ECHO Consulting Group (a Cencora company) partners on-site at their facility in Juncos, PR. As a key liaison between the project team and the organization, you will oversee, manage, and coordinate all operational aspects of ongoing department-level projects with significant impact on multiple organizations. You will serve as the bridge between functional areas, ensuring project goals are well understood and that the team evolves effectively to meet scientific, productivity, quality, and client satisfaction objectives.

- check_circleMaintain the master project plan and schedule for assigned projects
- check_circleRecommend and develop operational or process improvements for team performance
- check_circleConduct annual performance reviews and provide career counseling to project support staff
- check_circleEnsure project work complies with domestic and international regulatory requirements
Requirements
- verifiedBS in sciences (Chemistry or Biology preferred) or Engineering (preferred: Chemical/ Industrial/ BioTech)
- verifiedFluent business English and Spanish, written and oral
- verifiedExperience with Ariba Sourcing and Contracting Modules
- verifiedExperience with SAP, Trackwise and Project management tools
