About the Role
Do you genuinely enjoy making a difference in the lives of others? If you are a customer service-minded champion, we are hiring Bilingual Financial Customer Associates (FCA) at our Smithfield site. This full-time position is a springboard to an amazing career where you change the lives of customers by helping them feel more confident, make clearer decisions, and achieve their financial dreams.
You will assist with a broad range of needs, including answering questions about 401k account balances, helping with withdrawals and loans, and providing account maintenance and educational resources. While we have multiple Spanish teams that provide financial support to customers worldwide, all training and onboarding support is provided in English. There is a possibility of joining our Spanish teams once you are proficient in servicing calls in English. You do not need a finance background or a degree to succeed in this role.
What to Expect
As a new FCA, you will learn about the financial services industry, develop your skills, and gain new experiences. You will join a training cohort of associates during the first 14 weeks, starting with basic customer calls and progressing to more sophisticated calls related to client 401K plans. In the subsequent months, you will continue taking customer calls to hone your skills, with dedicated time during the day for team activities, well-being support, and career coaching.
Your achievements will be celebrated as you progress through the program. This is a full-time hourly phone position that also offers the opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs and your availability.
Shifts and Hours
This role operates Monday through Friday. Training hours are 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Post-training, you must be able to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 10:00 AM – 12:00 AM EST.
