About the Role
Column Technical Services is seeking an experienced Financial Applications Specialist II to drive the evolution of our financial infrastructure. In this position, you will work independently to apply deep operational insight and influence solution design through meaningful technical discussions. You will serve as a functional expert in the Payroll and Time & Attendance domain, bridging the gap between complex business needs and actionable technical deliverables.
This role is critical for ensuring seamless integration between Workday payroll systems and both internal and external platforms. You will lead the development and implementation of payroll systems from initial design through production deployment, overseeing operational tasks for large employee populations. Beyond technical execution, you will provide mentorship to junior team members and collaborate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to define robust integration strategies.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role requiring 1 to 2 days onsite per week as needed in Manhattan, NY. We are specifically seeking local or New Jersey applicants only.

Requirements
