About the Role
As a Financial Analyst within the Finance Department, you will serve as a key partner to the Sr. Manager, Commercial Finance. This role is designed to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our variable compensation structures, directly supporting our Sales and Commercial teams.
You will act as the primary point of contact for commission-related inquiries, bridging the gap between Sales, Finance, and HR. Your work will drive process improvements and provide critical data for executive decision-making in a fast-changing environment. This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week onsite at one of our offices in Lincoln, NE, Carmel, IN, or Wilmington, DE, with occasional travel (10% of the time) as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleWork with Sales, Finance & HR to update annual compensation plan components and build annual quotas
- check_circleLead the annual review, update and distribution of compensation plan documents
- check_circleComplete commission related month-end close activities, including preparation of accrual journal entries
- check_circlePrepare, maintain, and administer monthly and quarterly reports, calculations, and commission statements
- check_circleServe as the primary point of contact for commission related questions from Sales
- check_circleProactively identify and advise on process and efficiency improvements
- check_circleCollaborate with business leadership, Sales, Finance/Controllership, and Human Resources
Requirements
