About the Role
As a Financial Analyst within the Finance Department, you will serve as a key partner to the Sr. Manager, Commercial Finance. This role is designed to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our variable compensation structures, directly supporting our Sales organization and broader Commercial Finance activities.
You will act as the primary point of contact for commission-related inquiries, bridging the gap between Sales, Finance, HR, and business leadership. Your work will drive process improvements and ensure timely, accurate payroll processing through the preparation of complex reports, calculations, and commission statements. This is a dynamic position within a fast-change environment, requiring you to collaborate across functions to update annual compensation plans, build quotas, and manage month-end close activities.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week onsite at one of our offices in Lincoln, NE, Carmel, IN, or Wilmington, DE. The position involves approximately 10% travel.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleWork with Sales, Finance & HR to update annual compensation plan components and build annual quotas
- check_circleLead the annual review, update and distribution of compensation plan documents
- check_circleComplete commission related month-end close activities, including preparation of accrual journal entries
- check_circlePrepare, maintain, and administer monthly and quarterly reports, calculations, and commission statements

Requirements
