This position is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service through the daily administration of retirement plans. You will act as a key partner to Client Executives and internal teams, enhancing customer relationships and satisfaction by responding to inquiries and researching resolutions to customer issues.
In this role, you will develop and foster proactive, positive relationships with clients, financial professionals, and internal service teams to ensure client retention and growth. You will lead effective strategic client meetings, either face-to-face or via conference call, and assist with mentoring new account managers. The role requires gathering data from multiple systems to interpret, troubleshoot, and resolve problems, while recognizing and communicating possible improvements to management.
