In this role, you will oversee full P&L and cash flow responsibility for the program, managing financial activities for various contract types and sizes with minimal direct supervision. You will be part of a supportive, intellectually stimulating workplace where your contributions are essential to the success of the program. This is a contingent position based upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop and maintain work breakdown structures to ensure compliant cost charging and revenue recognition
- check_circleOversee project budgets, baselines, and funding while calculating estimates to complete and processing scope changes
- check_circleReview incurred costs and forecast future expenditures using labor productivity and risk analysis
- check_circleMonitor and maximize project cash flow by reconciling unbilled balances and identifying improvement opportunities
- check_circleOversee subcontractor expenditures, track costs against budget, and prepare monthly accruals
- check_circleLead corporate budget and forecast activities by documenting assumptions and evaluating financial risks
- check_circleReconcile cost and performance data to provide variance analysis, trending, and completion reporting
- check_circleDevelop price and cost estimates using complex pricing concepts and government accounting standards
Requirements
- verifiedTS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- verified5+ years of progressive financial analysis and program management experience
- verifiedKnowledge of U.S. GAAP
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel
- verifiedFamiliarity with DoD/IC contract types (CPAF, FFP, LOE, CR)
Nice to Have
Experience with Deltek Costpoint, COBRA, COGNOS, Hyperion, or Power BI. Knowledge of standard U.S. government agency reporting requirements. Experience working on Government Working Capital Funded programs.
