S3 International is seeking a seasoned International Program Control Analyst (IPCA) to support finance and budget compliance for FMS government contracts operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. While the role supports operations in Riyadh, the position is based in the Huntsville, AL office within Research Park.
The IPCA manages the overall direction and coordination of the international contract budget, P/L compliance, and cash flow of the operation. This role serves as a critical bridge between the S3 Finance & Accounting staff and the contract Project Manager. You will build, maintain, and evaluate compliance of contract work plans against the awarded contract, utilizing MS Excel to track allocated resources and conduct budget assessments.
In this position, you will identify potential financial challenges before they become critical, analyzing costs and assessing the performance of multiple project elements. Your day-to-day activities include developing and monitoring budgets, long-range operating plans, and phasing plans. You will also create and maintain program schedules, verify invoices to ensure proper billing, and evaluate labor and non-labor reports from Costpoint. A key responsibility is developing and performing monthly Performance and Cost Reports to meet strict customer deadlines.
U.S. Citizenship and a successful background investigation are required for this position. International experience is considered a plus, and international travel may be required.
