Ecoplexus Inc. is a rapidly growing renewable energy developer with a mission to accelerate the transition to clean power. We have successfully developed and completed over 80 projects in the U.S. and internationally, and we currently hold a 1 GW pipeline in Mexico. Looking ahead, we expect to complete approximately $2 billion of projects over the next four years.
This position serves as a key contributor to Ecoplexus' U.S.-based project finance and development teams. Based in the United States or Mexico City, you will operate in a dynamic, transaction-based environment where deal flow dictates requirements and deadlines. The role is designed for a self-starter who thrives in an unstructured, entrepreneurial setting and is eager to assume increasing responsibility.
You will be at the center of project acquisitions and development, responsible for modeling debt and tax equity financial structures, and assisting with closing activities for project M&A and financings. Your day-to-day will involve modeling project economics, conducting scenario testing, and managing project due diligence. You will act as a bridge between finance, development, legal, and engineering teams, facilitating the internal flow of information during transaction execution.
This role offers significant professional growth and international exposure. You will learn the lifecycle of solar power projects—from development and financing to construction and management—while working with both US-based and LATAM teams. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with C-level executives and support relationships with existing partners.
We are seeking candidates who are highly motivated and capable of learning quickly. The interview process will assess your quantitative aptitude, understanding of project finance concepts, and ability to navigate a fast-paced environment. We value resourcefulness and a strong sense of ownership in your work product.
Ecoplexus is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. No third-party solicitations will be accepted for this or any other Ecoplexus position.
