This position is dedicated to the comprehensive repair of construction machines, component assemblies, and parts, operating both in the shop and in the field. The role serves as a critical link in maintaining operational efficiency, requiring the technician to diagnose issues, manage parts ordering, and produce technical and warranty reports. Beyond mechanical expertise, the role demands strong communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and ensure the proper care of company assets.
Technicians in this role frequently operate in environments that are wet or humid and are exposed to moving mechanical parts. The work may involve exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and varying weather conditions, ranging from extreme cold to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
