About the Role

We are seeking experienced Field Service Technicians to join our team across South Carolina, with opportunities in Columbia, Greenville, Hilton Head, Myrtle Beach, Spartanburg, Summerville, Rock Hill, Simpsonville, Kershaw, Walterboro, Buckner Road, Florence, Aiken, and Seneca. In this role, you will be a highly skilled, technically trained professional responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide variety of mechanical, hydraulic, and diesel-powered equipment. From diesel engines and transmissions to complex microprocessor controls and hydraulic systems, you will ensure our customers' equipment operates at peak performance.

Your day will involve direct customer interactions to ensure total service satisfaction, representing Blanchard Machinery with professionalism and punctuality. You will perform inspections, test equipment for proper operation, and utilize diagnostic systems to assist in repairs. Beyond technical expertise, you will champion a safe and healthy work environment, completing all job responsibilities safely while managing paperwork, parts requisitions, and service reports.

Working Conditions

This role requires working in diverse physical environments, both inside (non-climate controlled) and outside in heat, cold, wet, humid, or dry conditions. You will be required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to injury and hazardous materials. The position involves standing, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, and lifting varied weights while operating a broad variety of tools and machines. Proficiency with computers and technology is also necessary to complete job responsibilities.
