About the Role

You will be the face of our brand, installing and troubleshooting customer service drops and outlets in both residential and business properties. Your day-to-day involves using electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to resolve reception performance issues, ensuring proper signal levels at every termination. Beyond technical repairs, you will proactively suggest service upgrades and educate customers on their equipment, acting as a trusted advisor in their homes.
We support your success with an extensive training program featuring one-on-one and group classes, plus access to company mentors. You will be equipped with a company truck, all necessary tools, and a full uniform to perform the job effectively.

Hiring Process
Job offers are contingent upon the results of background checks, drug screenings, and reference checks. Only after successfully passing these pre-hire clearances are individuals approved for hire.
For positions regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT), candidates must meet and maintain specific requirements, including passing a road test examination, a driver's record safety review, a DOT physical, and drug testing. The Company will retrieve driving records and conduct random drug tests in accordance with DOT policy.
