Center Storage Manager

About the Role

As a Center Storage Manager at U-Haul, you will be responsible for the profitable administration of self-storage operations, overseeing all aspects of transactions and security. This role is ideal for individuals who are responsible, committed to helping customers, and eager to grow within a dynamic company. You will handle rentals, manage customer service interactions, and maintain detailed records using mobile electronic tools. Your day will involve ensuring the cleanliness and security of the storage site, communicating key updates to the General Manager, and following up on delinquent accounts.

Hiring Process

To join our team, you will participate in a streamlined interview process designed to get you working quickly. This includes two hands-on working interviews, for which you will be compensated. Successful candidates will also complete the U-Haul Equipment Inspection and Verification to earn the 1-2-3 Punch Certification.
