About the Role

We are looking for a Field Tech II to join our team as an IT Field Technician. In this role, you will provide onsite technical support for a national home improvement retail client. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on IT work, troubleshooting, and working in a fast-paced field environment.

You will serve as the face of our technical expertise on-site, ensuring that critical IT equipment—including POS systems, desktops, printers, and network devices—operates seamlessly. Your day will involve traveling daily within a 125+ mile radius to support various locations, performing installations, upgrades, and break/fix support. You will also handle copper and fiber cabling, document all work in ticketing systems, and collaborate with remote teams to resolve escalated technical issues. Occasional work at heights and lifting up to 25 lbs are part of the physical demands of the job.
